Vesi is a 501(c)(3) community development organization that works with strategic partners to envision, create, and steward local projects that advance equitable and just neighborhood development. By combining the best elements of a perpetual land trust with shared-value neighborhood development, Vesi secures local assets for a multilayered perpetual community benefit.

From urban to rural, Vesi sets itself apart from traditional community development frameworks, Vesi recognizes that true community vitality encompasses more than just buildings. Through the acquisition and stabilization of local assets, Vesi infuses a holistic approach that intertwines social, cultural, and economic factors.
